Why learn about plants?
Nowadays there is a decline in species knowledge. This knowledge is crucial for understanding ecosystems and the consequences of biodiversity loss.
The loss of unique species within ecosystems can lead to cascading effects through the food chain, impacting other species and the overall health of the environment.
Eventually this can impact our lives.

Follow a tour or workshop and you will gain insights in the wonders of (edible) nature. By this I hope to connect people to the local landscape, promote sustainable practices, and provide opportunities to learn about traditional food systems.

When I'm on vacation and I see an interesting plant of which I want to know more, I always think of Stéphanie. I send her a picture and she will give me interesting and fun facts about the plant!

Not only is it very pleasant to walk with Stéphanie, but also very educational! Her knowledge of plants is extensive and she has a short story to tell about almost every plant.

Stéphanie is a very knowledgeable about various plants and was able to effectively communicate different characteristics of different plants as we were walking around. It was a fun experience!

I tried the prototype of the banana bread. It was delicious!
Perfect texture and nice crisp on top.
Nice addition of nuts and the orange chocolate made it unique.
